Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JJ Shiny Tints website at jjshinytints.com and all services provided by JJ Shiny Tints LLC ("we," "us," or "JJ Shiny Tints"). By accessing our website, submitting a booking, or receiving any service from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
JJ Shiny Tints provides mobile window tinting services for passenger vehicles in Central Florida, including but not limited to Kissimmee, Orlando, Lake Nona, and Davenport. Our services include:
- Ceramic window film installation
- Nano Ceramic window film installation
- Windshield tinting (ceramic and nano ceramic)
- Full rear back glass tinting
All services are performed at the customer's location. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Mobile Service Policy
JJ Shiny Tints operates exclusively as a 100% mobile service. We travel to your home, workplace, or any agreed-upon location.
- The customer must provide a safe, flat, and accessible workspace with sufficient room around all sides of the vehicle.
- We do not perform services in the rain or in conditions that would compromise the quality of the installation. If weather prevents us from completing the job, we will reschedule at no additional cost to you.
- If the workspace is deemed unsafe or unsuitable upon arrival, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.
VIN Submission & Tint Shade Selection
To ensure accurate computer-cut film patterns for your vehicle, the following is required prior to your appointment:
- You must provide your vehicle's VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) so we can prepare precise patterns in advance.
- You must confirm your desired tint shade: 5%, 20%, 35%, 50%, or 70%.
Failure to provide this information before your appointment may result in a delay or rescheduling. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect VIN/shade information.
Deposits & Payments
Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
Final payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept the following payment methods:
Financing options (Klarna, Afterpay) are subject to approval by the respective third-party provider. JJ Shiny Tints is not responsible for any financing decisions made by these providers.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may require a new deposit to rebook.
- No-shows automatically forfeit the full deposit with no exceptions.
- JJ Shiny Tints reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, no charges will be applied.
Vehicle Condition Requirements
To ensure the best possible installation results, the following conditions apply:
- The interior of all windows must be clean prior to the appointment. If additional cleaning is required, an extra fee may apply.
- If the vehicle has existing tint that needs to be removed, additional charges will apply. Removal is not included in the base service price unless explicitly agreed upon.
- Vehicles with glue residue, damaged glass, scratches, chips, or defroster line damage may incur additional costs or may not be eligible for certain film types.
- Any preexisting issues with the vehicle's glass, seals, or trim will be noted before installation begins. JJ Shiny Tints is not responsible for worsening preexisting conditions during the installation process.

Warranty covers:
- Peeling or lifting of the film
- Bubbling after the curing period is complete
- Abnormal fading or discoloration
- Installation defects
Warranty does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by the customer (scratches, punctures, improper cleaning)
- Rolling windows down before the curing period is complete
- Scratches from pets, objects, or misuse
- Issues caused by preexisting damaged glass or defroster lines
- Damage resulting from improper cleaning products (e.g., ammonia-based cleaners)
Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the vehicle before approving any warranty claim.
Curing Time
Window tint film requires a curing period after installation. During this time, the adhesive bonds to the glass. Please observe the following:
- Tint typically takes 3–7 days to fully cure. Curing may take longer in cold or humid weather conditions.
- Do not roll down your windows for at least 3–4 days after installation.
- Small bubbles or slight haziness during the curing period are completely normal and will clear up on their own as the film bonds to the glass.
- You may wash the exterior of your vehicle normally at any time. However, do not clean the interior of your windows for at least 2 days after installation.
Touch-Ups & Post-Installation Adjustments
We stand behind every installation. If you notice an issue after the curing period is complete, we offer one free touch-up, provided:
- The tint has had sufficient time to cure (minimum 7 days)
- The issue was not caused by customer handling, rolling windows down early, or improper cleaning
- The concern is reported to us within 7 days of the installation date
Touch-up requests submitted after 7 days or for issues caused by customer mishandling may be subject to a service fee.
Florida Tint Laws
Window tinting in Florida is regulated under Florida Statutes — Section 316.295.
While we are happy to guide you on legal tint shades, the customer is solely responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable Florida tint laws. JJ Shiny Tints is not liable for any fines, citations, or legal consequences resulting from a customer's choice of tint shade.
Florida law generally requires front side windows to allow more than 28% of light in, and rear side windows and rear windshields to allow more than 15% of light in for non-commercial vehicles. Always verify current regulations before selecting your shade.
Photos & Marketing Usage
JJ Shiny Tints may photograph or record video of completed work for use in marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile.
If you prefer that your vehicle not be featured in any online content, please notify us before the job begins. We will respect your preference.
Liability Disclaimer
JJ Shiny Tints performs all installations with professional care and precision. However, we are not responsible for:
- Preexisting issues with glass, seals, moldings, or trim that may be affected during installation or tint removal
- Damage to sensors, electronics, defroster lines, or embedded antennas that were already compromised prior to service
- Vehicle damage resulting from conditions outside our control (weather, workspace hazards, etc.)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
SMS Communications
By submitting our contact form or booking an appointment, you consent to receive SMS messages from JJ Shiny Tints regarding your appointment, service updates, and promotional offers.

- We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
Privacy
We collect personal information (name, phone number, email, vehicle details) solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
